Hi Friends,
I am helping a 10-person fintech company set up their AI operating system.
Part of that work is building what I coined the Company Intelligence System. The foundational context layer that all other departmental layers should build off of.
Every employee starts any significant task with the same company knowledge loaded. I have deployed it live. Now I wanted to give my readers the same setup. For free.

Why This Matters
AI knows everything about the world and nothing about your company. You gave it access. Marketing starts using it. Customer Success does the same. Nobody gave it a briefing.
Think about your last great hire. Before they sent a single email, they spent weeks learning who you are. Your story, your customer, your voice. By the time they touched a deal, they represented you.
We skipped that step with AI. Every employee on your team is working with a brilliant person who walked in the door this morning. That person knows nothing about the company.
The Company Intelligence System is the onboarding your AI never got.

The 6 Files

01 Company DNA. Without this, every strategy Claude suggests could belong to your nearest competitor. This file gives Claude the reasoning behind your decisions. Why you exist, where you are headed, and three goals with real numbers attached.
02. Who We Serve. Claude writes for an average customer that does not exist. This file fixes that. It makes your ideal customer specific enough that Claude adjusts tone, proof points, and CTA based on who it is actually talking to.
03. What We Do. The most missing file in every AI deployment I have seen. Claude cannot accurately describe, pitch, or price your product if it does not know what you sell.
04. How We Sound. Left to its defaults, Claude writes corporate filler. This file gives Claude real on-brand sentences and real off-brand sentences. Not adjectives. Examples.
05. Customer Journey. Most AI tools have no idea what actually creates customer value. This file shows Claude exactly where value happens. It is the most valuable of the six. Claude uses it to surface friction you have stopped noticing and find the moments where customers win.
06. Brand Design. Without this, Claude generates visuals that look like every other brand. This file gives Claude your HEX palette, typography rules, and image style guidelines. It is the difference between output that looks designed and output that looks generated.

What To Do With These
Each file has two layers. A fully populated Calendly example so you can see what good looks like. And a blank template with a one-sentence prompt in every field so you know exactly what to write.
Everything lives in a free GitHub repo. Open it. Fork it. Steal it.
Fill them in once. Paste the relevant files at the top of any significant Claude task. That is when the outputs stop sounding like AI and start sounding like your company.
Til next time,
Ali
